The primary Palestinian lady pastor within the Holy Land was ordained in a church ceremony in Jerusalem on Sunday.
Sally Azar will head the English-speaking congregation on the Church of the Redeemer, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land stated.
Ms Azar’s ordination was held earlier than a packed crowd contained in the church in Jerusalem’s Previous Metropolis.
